James teaches Classical/Spanish guitar using ‘The Guitarists Way’ series and the ‘Trinity Guildhall’ examination syllabus. James encourages all his students to study Grades as well as learning popular tunes, chords and riffs.


It is important for students to learn on a Nylon Strung Guitar (classical spanish guitar) that is the correct size for them. 


Recommended Guitars:


Admira Enfante Classical Guitar (£75 approx.)

3/4 size classical guitar designed specifically for the 7 to 10 year old player, with narrow neck


Admira Clasico Classical Guitar (£95 approx.)

Ideal for young students (10 to 15 years), with 3/4 size body and 4/4 neck. Smaller body allows ease of use while the full size neck ensures proper technique and fingering.


Admira Almeria Classical Guitar (£100 approx.)

The award winning full size advanced beginners model. Full heal/neck body joint. This guitar has been and continues to be the recommended choice of classic by teachers all around the World.
